One again it's time to answer viewer mail, when you’re done you’ll smile and think to yourself… Well that’s an hour of my life I'll never get back. Listening to Jim, Lionel and the mailroom boy Bruce answering viewer mail is similar to having a car door slammed on your hand… There’s lots of pain and the feeling lasts for days.
